While I was disappointed that he wouldn't accept the voucher, I was even more taken aback by his rudeness. On two previous visits, we explicitly asked if they accepted the voucher from our phone, and they said it was fine. I understand that some customers can be difficult, and perhaps that's why he was so abrupt. However, I remained calm and respectful throughout the interaction. If I were the franchise owner, I would have serious concerns and would consider firing someone with that attitude. Dining out offers a myriad of choices, and it's important for businesses to represent their brand positively. After this experience, I won't be returning, as he so kindly suggested.

This place has the best sandwiches! I absolutely loved my Italian sandwich, and the prices are fantastic!

I was disappointed to find that there was no broccoli cheese soup available at 11:30, only potato soup. The staff didn’t seem to care at all. The larger guy who took my sandwich order and the teenage girl who assisted me were both quite rude, as if they really didn’t want to be there. It seems hard to find good help these days! I definitely won’t be coming back to this place. I requested to speak to a manager, but it appeared that only young staff members were working. It’s a learning experience, but I won’t give this place another chance.

A rare gem in Blue Springs. Clean and friendly, man, that the food was fresh!

I normally don't go to sandwich places like this. But today after my granddaughter's volleyball games my son and daughter-in-law took us here to eat. I don't eat a lot of meat but I do love chicken, grilled. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwich with cheddar cheese, spicy ranch sauce (very little), a lot of salt, little bit of pepper, oregano, jalapeños on wheat bread. They only sell those type 8 or larger, so needless to say, I could only eat a quarter of the whole sandwich in that setting. It was very good. I really liked this place, especially considering I normally don't like sandwich places of that type. I will go back there sometime.
