Starbucks - Blue Springs

I experienced great customer service here. I was hesitant to try the pumpkin cream cheese muffin, but the barista told me it was amazing warmed up. She was right!!

Disappointed that I sat in the drive thru line for 15 mins on Thanksgiving when I got to the screen to order at 1:58 pm only to be told that the car ahead of me was the last order due to being short staff. I get closing early but why 1:58 and not 2pm. None the less they should have came out and put a closing sign out like they have in the past.

The load was not as packed as I thought it was. the baristas were polite and efficient. When I waited for my drink, it felt like I was watching a dance troop. very pleased. will return.

My drinks never taste the same. sign says that the journey through is closed, but lobby is open nope. If you want to close, why would you say that your lobby is open? it is always problem with this place

I'm never going here anymore. the service is slow and the staff is rude. after a very hard incident I had to contact the company to solve the problems. scooters is on the road and better.
