Mcdonald's - Blue Summit

I've had many bad experiences here over the years, but the employees that are working here now are super friendly and respectful.

Took a while to get our order but the order when arrived was good then got hit in Parking lot by some young kids not paying attention when driving

I went in to use the restroom grab some food. I had to order from a kiosk and the service was rude. The restaurant looked great though.

Hospitality and communication are everything for the face of a fast food restaurant. We had neither when we went. The lady with the red hair was rude, rude, rude. Rolling her eyes blatantly at a lady picking up for door dash whose order was ready. She was just asking for her food. Putting our food on the counter without saying anything. I simply asked for a simple meal and the the dude at at the window was being super rude (his name tag said martin and he wears glasses) not only did he give the wrong order but then proceeded to blame it on me and cuss me out. I didn’t do anything about it but friends and family say he stills works there. (Age about 15—16) I just want people to be aware of the service they give their. NEVER GOING THEIR AGAIN
