Gino's Pizza Spaghetti House

I provided my name and waited for my food to be brought out, but it never came. After 45 minutes, I got up to check and found out my order had been ready for 20 minutes. The service was extremely poor, or rather, nonexistent. I had to drive 20 minutes home to reheat my meal. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1. For a takeout dinner, I spent between $10 and $20.

I can't comment on the taste of the food since I didn’t eat there. I went with a friend to pick up her order, and she had to wait around 45 minutes.

The woman today did an incredible job all by herself. She managed to get everything done quickly, even when a large order came in. Service: Takeout.

The service was disappointing, the drink order was incorrect, and the pizza was completely ruined. They even tried to blame it on the cheese shifting.
