Mcdonald's - Bluefield

I placed an order at the wrong location, and this place refuses to answer their phones. I have been calling for over an hour, but it just keeps ringing and ringing.

Service at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered an iced latte and found a bug in it. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a score of 1.

Could we please address the issue of inconsistency with the Southern sweet tea at the stall? Half the time the sweet tea isn't sweet at all or it's diluted. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
