Tip Top Bluefields

In Nicaragua, nearly everyone is familiar with Tip Top Chicken. It is known for its nickel-style fried chicken. However, in Bluefields, the Tip Top fried chicken tastes different. I believe it is more suited to the Caribbean palate, with a stronger flavor. The staff at the restaurant are very friendly, despite being overwhelmed by the large number of customers. I would recommend dining there, although it may not be the traditional Bluefields fare.

Most of us are familiar with chicken tips, which is fried chicken in the Nicaraguan style. However, in Bluefields, the fried chicken tip has a unique flavor that I believe is more suited for Caribbean tastes. The staff at the restaurant are very friendly, although they seem to be overwhelmed by the large number of customers. Despite this, I highly recommend dining there, even if it may not be considered traditional Bluefields cuisine.
