Gypsy Shawarma And Fish - Bluewater Bay

What a fantastic restaurant! It's small, quiet, and the food is excellent. After we found no ice cream at Nolio and no available seating at Backstreet Grill, we were warmly welcomed at Gypsy restaurant. The service was outstanding, and we will definitely be back. Thank you, Micha and Uta!

The fish and chips here are outstanding, featuring a distinctive batter that sets them apart. All of their seafood dishes are exceptional—well-cooked, fresh, and not greasy at all. Everything is delicious! The service is quick, and the staff are both efficient and helpful. You can choose between takeaway or dine-in, and the location is lovely, right on Stanley Street. Be sure to try the Battered Hake and Chips or the Calamari Tubes—they’re both fantastic!

The prawns were fantastic! It wasn’t too noisy on Saturday night, which allowed me to hear my dinner companions without any trouble. I highly recommend this place!

What an underrated eatery. We had the lamb scharwma, and o my soul it was devine! Perfect combination of taste, a whole lot of lamb and saucy. They have a lovely outside area the service was impeccable. Side note, they even have plug points to charge your phone by two of their tables. Do yourself a favor and go indulge in some good food.

Absolutely delicious! We shared the Falafel shawarma with salad and the lightly battered hake fish. Both were full of flavor, fresh, and just what we were looking for. Very happy that we came here. Staff were very friendly as well!
