Really really excellent. The food.. OMG so delish. Friendly staff, top service. The paua wontons were the best.
Delicious meal, friendly chatty staff. We are visiting from Australia and hadn't intended to go to Bluff we were pleasantly surprised and this little restaurant was amazing.
Was going for oyster, but they didn’t have enough supply at night. The mussel and squid was very nice.
A Top #1 New Zealand experience after touring the entire South Island. excited by the platter pictures we found on google reviews we were more blown away by what happened when we got in. after picking up on our 'foodie ' vibes (we are gourmet restaurant managers) the owner Haylee spent two days (i mean a dinner lunch) with us, curating all the food, cooked to order, displaying, explaining the history and origins of all the food, how her and her family and kids harvest all the food ingredients, and giving us some samples of her own private cooking collection from one chef to another. one of the most memorable and down to earth Kiwi experiences you could ever have. we spent two days in Bluff eating and learning so much about the history and food culture of all the places and all the lore behind it. they may not even have Oysters when you arrive but you 'll learn why. they do however have fresh Titi (if you come in season) a rare wild bird that i won 't soon forget it was the best thing i 've ever had to eat. i 'll remember this hospitality and food experience for the rest of my life!! thank you!!
