Sigler's Rotisserie - Bluffton

Chef Michael runs a highly efficient kitchen that is open to the dining area, allowing guests to sit at the bar and watch the team in action. They produce exceptional dishes that have earned Sigler's numerous local awards. Our favorites from the menu included the Braised Short Ribs, Prime Rib, Chicken Pot Pie, and Crispy Flounder. Despite Yelp's suggestion that Sigler's isn't particularly child-friendly, I have to disagree. They offer a comprehensive children's menu featuring items like rotisserie chicken. As you walk in, you'll notice numerous photos of the owner's grandchildren adorning the walls, adding a warm, family-oriented touch. While the banquet seating might create a less intimate atmosphere, I think it’s a great place to bring kids and enjoy a meal together. Our three children were treated exceptionally well and cleaned their plates. Sigler's is now firmly on our must-visit list for next summer!

Absolutely delicious! This is one of our favorite places in Bluffton. We were initially concerned that the quality and flavor of the food might change with the new ownership, but thankfully, the preparation remains consistent. They've also expanded the menu, which is a nice bonus. Highly recommend!

The food here is consistently amazing! The owners and staff are incredibly kind and seem genuinely happy to welcome you, ensuring you have a wonderful dining experience. You can view much of the kitchen from the dining area, which is quite interesting, or you can choose to sit at the bar! The menu is delightful with plenty of excellent options, so you really can't go wrong. The scallops are particularly delicious! If you're looking for a lovely meal, a pleasant atmosphere, and great service, make sure to visit Seigler's. We really should come here more often!

I just love stumbling upon a great restaurant like Sigler's!! What a find! It was our lucky evening finding this restaurant after doing a bit of car shopping in the area. In an effort to eat lighter than normal, my husband and I both ordered the Seafood Sampler appetizer. It came with bacon wrapped shrimp, ahi tuna, and several Smokey oysters with a crab dressing. YUM on all accounts! Next up, I ordered the Beet and Fennel Salad. It was devine with goat cheese, candies pecans, and beets on a bed of mixed greens then drizzled with their in house made caramelized apple vinaigrette. A fresh, delicious taste of my favorite season Autumn! My husband loved the soup sampler, but I think his favorite was French Onion Soup. They brought fresh baked, in house bread to our table, and it took major restraint to keep from eating every piece. I can't wait to go back and try an entree!!

Absolutely delicious. A table full of people enjoyed their food and the service. Great ambiance warm welcoming place! Chicken was so yummy with mashed potatoes. Save room for the home- made deserts. Fantastic!
