Starbucks - Bluffton

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly! I placed a mobile order for pickup, but when I arrived, the lobby was closed. Normally, I wouldn’t mind waiting for my order, but the line was wrapped around the building, and I was running late for work. Fortunately, a kind woman from the team brought my drink and bagel to me. I truly appreciated her assistance, especially considering the challenges that the employees were facing that day.

To our understanding and patient guests: your support during times when we're short-staffed and wait times are longer than usual means more to us than words can express. Your kindness truly helps ease our stress. Even when things get hectic, our goal remains to keep everyone happy and satisfied. We never intend for your coffee experience to be anything less than perfect. It’s hard to imagine anyone having a rough day over a cup of coffee—what a shame that would be!
