Part Ii Bistro - Blyth

We dined as a party of four, and every meal was outstanding. The service was exceptional, too. I have severe food allergies, and the chef and his team handled them expertly. There was no compromise on flavor whatsoever. I want to highlight that the team was well-prepared for our arrival. They walked me through the menu and quickly identified my options once we were seated. In our experience, this level of attention is typically found only in the finest restaurants.

On Sunday, we enjoyed another delightful brunch at Part 2. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and asked if I could make a few adjustments due to my dietary preferences. Both the server and the kitchen staff were eager to accommodate my requests! I was truly impressed by their flexibility. They exceeded my expectations, and we were all amazed by how delicious everything turned out. Every time I visit, I leave feeling happier than before. When I go to the bistro, it really feels like home. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic dining experience, marked by a laid-back atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and treats everyone like a neighbor. I can't emphasize enough how delightful the menu is, featuring local favorites with a fresh twist. The dishes are beautifully prepared, and the service is of the same high standard. On the last Friday I have eaten a simple delicious dinner with my sister in part ll bistro. my sister has some food restrictions that could make the staff and the chef wyatt more than satisfied. it was very impressed to see the dedication to local products including wine and beer lists. the desserts should die! my only regret is that I must live out of the province and wait until my next visit in ontario. if they haven't been, they're missing something very special. go!

We were fortunate enough to be able to work with Pete and his team to cater our wedding. From start to finish, Pete made everything so easy and the food was amazing. Our wedding guests are still raving 4 months later about how amazing the food was and the level of service was top notch. Our reception was held in a tent in the forest and the food all tasted like it had just come out of a Michelin star restaurant. Part 2 Bistro is definetly a hidden gem in Blyth and worth the drive. Recommend both the bistro for dinner or utilizing Pete and his team for a catering event. Thanks again for helping make our day perfect!! Lisa Matt
