Bistro Eleven 21 - Blytheville

This hotel, Bistro and breakfast combination should be the standard for Holiday Inn. After a long day of travel NO one wants to hop back into the car and search out a drink and dinner. The Bistro has a great bar, assortment of libations, draft beer and attentive help. The food selection is great and priced accordingly. Would recommend this stop to anyone traveling the highway 55 corridor!

Our waitress Monica made our dinning experience she was wonderful. My husband and I not once had to try and flag her down needing something. Food was cooked to perfection.

Very disappointed with tonight'scheif.. I ordered a steak cooked medium. We have come here for the past 3 weeks based on past experiences. The other cheif cooked the steak perfect every time.as mentioned by my wife in previous reviews.Tonight was a different story. Steak was dangerously undercooked and potato was not fully cooked. When we sent it back, he had already left for a break. So we brought it home and finished cooking the steak.the entire meal was a disappointment. Except our drinks. The waitresses were very polite and tried their best to make up for the cheifs mistakes. Complaints will be made to higher management.

Excellent service, welcoming atmosphere. Great food and cocktails.I had blackened salmon with cream Spinach. My husband had a black Angus steak and fried mushrooms for an appetizer. The cheif nailed it!

I would have given them 5 starts but they took out the dance floor. I shook many legs on that dance floor back in the day! Lol
