Domino's Pizza - Blytheville

I enjoy Domino's pizza, but I am shocked by the level of discrimination displayed by management towards lower-ranked employees. I genuinely believe that legal action should be pursued, and that Domino's should conduct an investigation in this area. I am seriously considering reaching out to a lawyer.

The staff here seems to lack any understanding of customer service, which likely affects the quality of their food as well. I wouldn't know for sure, though, as they kept putting me on hold and never took my order. It's probably best to avoid dining here.

While I haven't personally visited, I've heard that when they get busy, they don't answer the phone. However, the food is quite good. I just wish they had better customer service training.

Placed an order for carry out and normally any other domino 's NO MATTER how busy they are have NEVER pushed out the pizza like this specific Domino 's.... Travelled 45 mins to get this order and we got Luke warm pizza(kids are theirs in car on way home, they complained it wasn 't even hot on top of that the pizzas were ALL BURNED3 slices from every pizza we ordered (3 total were uneditable!!!!! Employees had her headphones on while working inside and even saw her drop pizza cooking rack to the floor and pick up to reuse and make other orders with SAME wire pizza holders that she dropped to the floor!!!!! If I could give a ZERO I would!!!! So horrible ,!! I 'd rather take my chances with convince store pizza then order again from this BLY. Domino 's!!!

The food was good but the service wasn't great. Not that I'm blaming the staff, but the whole online ordering thing was chaotic.
