Kfc - Blytheville

They charged me $5.49 for a chicken sandwich that sells in all other kfc that we?ve been to for $4.49. We purchased 3 and over paid $3.30 including taxes. We?ll never go there again

I ordered 1 3piece crispy recipe (dark) with Mac n cheese slaw, 1 2piece crispy recipe (white) with mashed potatoes n gravy green beans, and 1 3piece ORIGINAL (dark) with Mac n cheese green beans. Order of liver. Seems simple straightforward,right? Well, apparently not! I had to repeat myself 5+ times. Then, I was told to pull up. When the lady brought out our bag,even she repeated it wrong! Then, when I asked her a question, she got snotty with me and quipped, ?All your food?s here!? Gothome. NO it most certainly was NOT all there. It was obvious that they?d simply given us a bucket considering the pieces we got!Had 4 sides. Should have had 6. Not an original piece in sight! Biscuits were rock solid. Liver was old. 9/26 6:30PM.

When are they bringing buffet back that's the only way to get good chicken..

The building is fairly newly remodeled and in good maintenance. The buffet is always well stocked. Sometimes it doesn't seem like fast food because there can be a lengthy wait, but the food is always fresh. 6-6-23 Went at 7pm last night to the drive-thru, and the line was fairly long. Despite having to wait 10 minutes for biscuits, the order was fresh and accurate. When I got home, the gravy was on it's side in the bag, spilled all over everything. I called up there, and explained how the gravy was placed in the bag. I asked could I please get another gravy and an individual mac cheese to compensate my time and energy. The management on duty was very kind and when I drove back up there, she not only replaced the spilled gravy, but also gave me a second one and a full side of macaroni and cheese! Now, that's good customer service!!

I went twice because I ordered a #12 and the gave me the #11 I also wanted extra spicy mayo on my sandwich and they barely put any I asked for it on the side and what they gave look like if it was the last bit on the pan I asked for more and they charged me for it when I open my second sandwich it was still the regular chicken and I told them and the lady at the window said she don't know what I'm talking about that the only chicken we have I just got my food and left I'll for sure be there tomorrow for a refund really disappointed
