Yank's Famous Barbeque - Blytheville

On a cross county trip, we stopped because it's name says famous BBQ. So we wandered off the interstate and found them. We had the chopped beef sandwichs and rin tip plate. Sides were Mac Cheese, cabbage, white beans and potato salad. Great meat that was not hidden in a ton of seasoning or sauce, so you could taste the meat. Thank you Sir for letting the meat shine through!! I could have made a full meal of the white beans and cabbage...but we still have 8 hours of driving. Great owner who takes pride in his craft. Well worth the adventure off the interstate!

If there is any ONE reason to go to Blytheville, it’s Yank’s Famous BBQ! Seriously, the best BBQ I’ve ever had. We leave tomorrow and I’m seriously considering going back for more to bring home!
