The Nutty Squirrel - Blythewood

It's a charming little local bar that’s just a short walk from the hotel. The waitress was both friendly and quick, and the chicken Philly was delicious—though it may not be authentic, the flavor was impressive. The prices were typical for a bar. I would definitely return if I'm in the area again.

This is a fantastic local bar with wonderful patrons, but unfortunately, the bartender Tori leaves much to be desired. On a positive note, they recently hired a new bartender named Erica, who is a lovely addition!

The experience was incredible, though I should note that it's now referred to as the McNaulty Tap Room. The Piedmont Boy's band was outstanding!

I had the worst hamburger I've ever experienced. The cheeseburger was missing lettuce and tomato, and it was only topped with mayonnaise and ketchup. I won't be coming back!

First of all, having a selection of local beers on tap or in bottles would elevate this place to something truly exceptional. I’ll admit, I do have a bit of a penchant for craft beer. On my way home from Columbia, I stumbled upon this gem, and you absolutely need to check it out! The atmosphere is fantastic, the food is delicious, and the staff is amazing. The owner, Kenny, is exceptional! They serve the best Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever tasted, paired with house-made chips that are crispy and incredibly flavorful. They also offer pizza and burgers, all at great prices for both food and drinks. You won't find a better spot between Columbia and Charlotte for quality food and a friendly atmosphere. This place is a must-visit!
