Maclove - Boardman

Ordered via Grubhub, restaurant cancelled 3 out of 4 items. Ended up paying 30 bucks for a salad, the only thing that came. The 3 items cancelled…3 different soups! You are literally a soup place, how do you not have soups?! Never again.

I just made my first and last visit to Zoup Boardman/Canfield. I placed an online order of Hearty Beef Vegtable Soup as well as chick noodle soup and two sandwiches. I go to pick up the order and I chatted with the the very nice girl and also purchased two drinks while I was there. I commented to the girl that I like brothy soups and she said she does as well. I said is the beef veg brothy and she even went over to look at soup and said it 's brothy. So when I get home and unpack the order I was met to some gloppy over cooked veg soup that has all broken up seashell pasta in it that is mushy. I guess it 's the veg bounty soup. So I call the store and was given the proverbial I 'm sorry . We will give you a free soup and an additional soup the next time you come in. Oh, I was also given the we have a young staff and it 's hard to get workers spiel. Umm Those are all you problems not mine. I told the lady that answered the phone that I 'm glad I didn 't leave a tip. She had one job to do, fill an order and couldn 't get it right. I also told the her to just credit my card because I will never be back to get the two free soups, if you can 't get it right the first time chances are it won 't be right the second time and I 'm pretty sure I 'll never order again. All I can say is maybe you should train the workers that you do have, that there is a difference between the two soups. I 'm so disgusted I can 't even eat the sandwich. There 's $30 plus dollars in the trash. Ridiculous excuses!

Ordered Zoup in for the first time I am stuck at home sick and it was delicious, I got the pick 2 turkey and bacon and the chicken pot pie soup. My husband got the broth bowl but he was not a fan.

OMG, what garbage food. Crazy expensive too. My tepid chicken pot pie soup (a cup had the consistency of snot; my wife 's chicken rice soup (a cup was the same. Both were weirdly thick viscous. Neither was good but not being hot made them even worse. Both was served in a small cardboard cup with a plastic spoon. My chicken sandwich (a small half a sandwich was a thin slice of chicken on a tiny half bun with a small strip of red pepper some kind of sauce. My wife 's small cardboard cup of macaroni cheese was merely poorly made bechemel (tasteless with elbow macaroni. We shared one pepsi. The bill was $38.00 and the food was trash. Seriously, low-quality garbage junk food served in cardboard on a small dirty sticky table. For $38 we can go to Aqua Pazzo for incredible(!!! gourmet burgers fries with ice cold beer in a lovely restaurant. Zoup! was a total disappointment; won 't last 6 months.
