I ordered a pastrami sandwich to take home, and to my surprise, it was so tough that I couldn't even bite or chew it. Although I'm not usually one to complain, I called to express my dissatisfaction, and they offered me a credit. The following week, I decided to give the restaurant another try and ordered a different sandwich. Unfortunately, it was just as terrible as the first one—completely inedible. I won't be going back again!

Delicious! The knish was the size of my fist—so flavorful and perfectly dense with subtle flavors. The Reuben sandwich was piled so high that I could make a new sandwich for three days and still have leftovers for my dogs. I’m very pleased with our choice to eat here. Food: 5/5

Today, I had my first dining experience at Ben's, and it did not disappoint at all. I've heard wonderful things about this deli, and the food was outstanding. Our server, Chris, was fantastic—very pleasant and professional. He also assisted in speeding up my take-out order. I can't wait for my next visit in the Fall. Food: 5/5
