Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The beach was beautiful. The food overall was good. The room service was excellent. They spoil you with a lot of freebies and surprises which was a welcomed treat. The food was overall good. The fish tacos and fries are excellent. The breakfast a la cart was good. The waffles were delicious. The orange juice is fresh. The spa massage was one of the best I have ever had. I can't wait to go again. The resort is not cheap and therefore I did expect close to perfection. The downsides to the resort that although the cleaning staff is eager to clean they were not attentive to little details like refilling the tissue box or leaving more toilet paper. It was easy to get these items after calling. The service for food on the beach as well as at the beach front restaurant was slow and understaffed. Everyone was very nice but it was painfully slow. This didn't matter since we were on vacation but def don't go if you are in a time crunch. They didn't have as many vegan or dairy free options as I would have liked. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were not. I had a very hard time sleeping with their pillows and would bring my own next time. The gym was adequate. The machines are all pneumatic instead of weight based which I didn't love but it did the job. There are water filling stations everywhere. The products in the rooms are Molton brown which was a nice touch. We got a great deal by booking through Amex and we also got a night free due to a promotion. Overall I would recommend this resort and I look forward to coming back. I felt relaxed and the staff is so nice. Thank you for a beautiful stay
My wife and I spent a weekend at the Boca Beach Club in May for a conference. Normally, this would be a little too fancy for us but since it was expensed by her work, why not right? There are definitely people with money staying at this property. I saw my fair share of Bentley and Lamborghini SUVs pull up to the valet. The outside of the hotel is a bit lackluster, but the lobby with its high ceilings and stone flooring made up for it. The outdoor pools were nice, with numerous pool side chairs and a dedicated staff to find you a spot. You also have the option of booking cabanas or pool side beds for an additional $150 a day. The rooms themselves were nice and spacious, but not exactly high end and as other reviewers mentioned, lacked the wow factor . Our 6th floor room looking out a the ocean had a sliding door that opened fully, but no balcony which I think is reserved for upgraded rooms. Still the view of the ocean and pools was nice. Overall the hotel staff was extremely attentive and polite. At a Waldorf Astoria Resort, I think that 's what you 're paying the premium for service. Granted, tips help out too, but the staff really seemed eager to help. We forgot to bring toothpaste, and that was delivered to our door quickly. Colin, one of the servers by the pool, tried his best to find a bartender who could make a Painkiller with Pusser 's rum. Even though he couldn 't find it in the end, I applaud him for trying. We ended up drinking their Skinny Bikinis, which was a delicious elderflower and grapefruit vodka concoction. Food wise, breakfast (which was included in our stay) was great. I enjoyed their salmon scramble with a side of sliced avocado. Dinner wise, we had just an okay experience. We had a late seating (830 pm), but food came out slow and I don 't think we got our mains until almost 10 pm. Also the food itself was not very memorable. Even though the hotel rooms and the dinner experience weren 't as memorable, the pool side experience and the overall attentive service made up for it. I am not sure if i 'll be returning in the future. Maybe for a special occasion, but for the price (more than $500), I think there might be better options.
Such a great week stay in Boca. Everything about the club The bungalows were absolutely great. Great amenities, views and drinks. The ocean front room in the north tower, was superb. Seagrille restauran had some of the best calamari. and tuna.
My husband surprised me with a staycation here for our 2nd wedding anniversary and I had the best time to say the least. The Waldorf is everything I thought it would be and more. It is posh and fabulous like me. We stayed here for 4 days and I loved every minute of it. From the food at all the restaurants to the ocean view from our room and the amazing service I received at the spa. The customer service was superb, that's what really made my stay here stand out compared to the million of other hotels and resorts I have ever been to. Special thanks to Ingrid who works at the Waldorf and made our experience here more than we could have asked for! From the complimentary wine and champagne everyday in our rooms to customizing every aspect of our stay to incorporate everything we loved. Hubby and I enjoyed celebrating our anniversary here.
This place is gorgeous, especially if you book an oceanside view. It doesn't include a balcony but you're able to open up the doors and get the fresh ocean breeze. The room itself is a bit dated and could definitely use a new coat of paint. This resort offers three pools, and a private beach. The staff is very sweet and accommodating and even made sure my credit card was delivered directly to my room. This a fantastic resort for families, couples or solo travelers looking to get away. That being said, they have a lot of dead zones and their internet goes out pretty regularly. Great if you want to be disconnected or are taking a detox from social media, not so great if you need to do work. Don't be like me and wait until the last minute to meet a deadline, you will be kicking yourself in the foot. Plenty of resort activities to do, including beach yoga (3x a week, no one there so it's like taking a private class beachside! , live music parties, professional sunset photography, and all the other water sports you can think of. PRO TIP: if you are a Hilton Diamond member, you get 20% spa services and the ritual bath is 50% off.
