I Heart Mac Cheese - Boca Raton

We ordered lobster, chicken parmesan, and classic mac and cheese for a birthday party, and everything was fantastic! We communicated directly with the owner, Charles, who was incredibly helpful. He made my order feel very special and personal. I highly recommend their food and catering services!

I called the restaurant to request a remake, and I spoke with a manager who offered to refund my order through the app right away. While I appreciate the prompt response to my concern, I feel that they should have also offered to remake the sandwich as an option. That’s just my perspective, coming from a background in the service industry. I really love this place, but I was left disappointed this time— and still hungry. I do think they should take more care in checking the quality of the food before serving it to paying customers. UPDATE: Charles got back to me immediately regarding my issue, and I feel satisfied with the resolution. It’s great to see that exceptional customer service still exists!

I absolutely adore this place! The food is prepared fresh to order, and I particularly enjoy customizing my own Mac dish. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly; they recognize me and my friends as regulars, which makes it feel very personal. I highly recommend this spot, especially since they cater to those with lactose intolerance and vegans—they even offer vegan cheese! They've recently extended their hours, and it's fantastic to have comfort food available late at night. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

Cj is the BEST!!! The knowledge he has, and the amount of care he has in all that he does ARE IT!!! This is my second time I'm here and every time the food is sooooo good. He knows what he's doing and he takes care of what he's doing and shows. Delicious food! He attacked us and kept his cool when the volleyball team came after us. Thanks CJ!!!

This was my first time here and I absolutely loved the experience! The staff was understanding and friendly, they walked me through the process and gave me suggestions. They're is now than Mac and cheese, you can get sandwiches too! The place was clean and inviting. I would highly recommend stopping in and getting some delicious mac and cheese.
