Olive Garden - Boca Raton

I wish I could put zero stars cause from having a long day out with my daughter. All my daughter wanted is to eat at Olive Garden, got sat at a table and waiting for over 10 mins and many server came to check on tables around us and no one evergreeted. I asked for a manager and told them what happened and all he had to say is oh I'm sorry. Wow I have worked at an OliveGarden for over 3 years and I know more how to respond to a guest more better then that manager did. I'm done with Olive Garden.Do come to this one if you have kids to feed cause they don't care.

Very busy place, wait time is much longer than other restaurants. Seems like there’s a shortage of staffs. Food quality was okay, not bad. Was expecting hot food. I got the unlimited pasta deal and the portion wasn’t a full size.

Now I understand the issue with finding people who want to work or to do the job they are here to do, but I can't excuse/condone the horrible service that we received. We came in for dinner and with an almost empty restaurant we were told it would be a 30minute wait...no worries. We were seated sooner than we expected and waited for our server Brandon, and we waited. 15 minuteslater he shows up. We gave him our full order (Drinks, appetizer and entrees). We received the salad and soup after 10 minuteslater, but we had no silverware to eat with. I had to go find silverware from another table as the server never came back tocheck on us. Still no drinks, not even water. Another 30 minutes goes by and my wife went to find the manager. Manager tried tofix it, but the wait was so long, we asked to cancel the food order. We paid for what we ate and left.

Nice experience 1st time at this location our server ABC was super kind and respectful. The food was delicious, fresh salad and the soup was completely amazing. We’ll 100% sure of going back. My family and I are completely thankful

All of the servers were unwelcoming, rude and made us feel like an inconvenience. We came in with positive energy and it was not reciprocated. Our waitress forgot one of our plates of food then gave us an attitude about it. My friend’s boyfriend asked fora beer 5 times and our waitress just never brought it. We had to get help from multiple other waitresses during our dine. Themanager and other waitresses were unfriendly and ill-mannered as well. The worst part is that our waitress never came back. Wesaw her later on kissing another individual inside the establishment. Then she disappeared and we never saw her again. I don’tknow if all the staff were having a bad day but this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
