Pf Chang's Boca Raton

We haven’t been back since the pandemic. We live in west Boynton Beach so this location is a little far.The food was exceptional! Our server Sheldon was so pleasant! And the management was quite attentive. I can’t wait to go back

P.F. Chang’s has sadly fallen from where they once stood and now seem to rest on their laurels. The lettuce chicken wraps, which were once quite savory, are now smokier in flavor. Other dishes that were once vibrant with flair are now simpler, even dull and heavy on the stomach. The decor and layout is quite modern and smart, but the dining experience needs to catch up

I don't like giving any restaurant a bad review especially one that used to be my favorite but this last experience made us vow to never go back. Firstly the food wasn't hot, the service slow. But the shrimp and lobster sauce tasted bad, I thought we would get sick. I told the waitress and she did NOTHING. She took back a plate full and never asked if we wanted anything else in exchange and still charged us for it. The orange chicken was my favorite dish, now it is all breading, I couldn't find the chicken. Very disappointing. The Changs ribs are still good but arrived luke warm at best. There used to be lines up, now I understand why there are not anymore

Food is always good...Service is another story..Sat for minutes until a waitress came to our table after we were seated. At various time during our meal we needed something and no one was on the floor to help us...The help, which is unusual for Chang's, lacked training and was totally inattentive

The service was horrible. Sat for minutes prior to a server showing up. The drinks took a long time to come out and then only one of the two appetizers came out. It took more minutes for entrees to come out, but only after lodging a complaint with the manager. All this and the restaurant was only half full. We will not return. Better service at Pei Wei
