Bocas Brewery - Bocas del Toro Panama

I have been to the brewery multiple times, always a good atmosphere, fair prices and tasty beer. Today however was a bad bad vibe. Came to have a drink and a quick bite with a few friends. We sat down and then were ignored for quite some time. Eventually one of us had to go get someone to serve us. We ordered our drinks, a very basic order that ended up taking 20 minutes. Then the easiest thing on the order still didn't arrive, we had to ask an additional two times for it (it was a glass of tap water) Paying the tab should have been simple considering each of us ordered one thing. Unable to split 2 drinks apart from the rest, the woman then insisted we pay for a drink that we did not order. If she had not been rude, inappropriate, incapable had an overall better attitude, I would not have been so irritated and maybe even considered paying it.

Liked it so much we came back the next day. All the beer, especially the Ale and the Shandy, was great. Food solid too and the bartenders were very friendly and personable.

Well actually first time having a lobster burger wasnt sure what to expect. OMG it was super delicious. And the cerviche was excellent too. I had fish, octupus and shrimp not sure which was my favorite they were all so tasty. Must do again. Not sure about the beers for they were out due to the holiday but would go back for the food.

Excellent experience, try the Porter and the IPA!! Burger was really small but overall, great place with good music.

Utterly disappointed. This could be a good place, but the treatment of the customers by the lady manager is simply unacceptable. We wanted to spend evening, but left after just one beer. Prices are super high for what it is and you don't get the elementary levels of service. Avoid.
