The portions are really big and sharp is really sharp, so better ask for less sharp!! Unfortunately, the store does not work with a delivery service, so you have to pick up. In Covid times he has an outside map (glued from outside to the restaurant) and a normal red menu (the photos I added) that offers a larger selection. Use the normal red card to order on the phone. Definitely for me an Asian tip in Bochum, as only fresh ingredients are used and (though Chef) no flavor enhancers.
