Ristorante Rosmarino - Bochum

We ate there on a business trip. the restaurant is very central in the city center of herne. there are many parking spaces around the restaurant. the restaurant is very nice, but we decided to sit outside. the menu is typical Italian, including pizza,...and all sounded nice. I took the carpaccio and then tortellini, everything was very nice. I chose a very beautiful grappa. also the price was very pleasant. definitiw a place to go when they are in the city!

After I had lost my regular lunch in a burger bar, I was looking for an alternative. not too far from the center I came over rosmarino I had eaten there before the evening, but to a good choice small. Lunch menu for 7,50 euro was almost compelling to try it. the personal was very welcoming and the service was almost impeccable and a beginner, a main course plus a welcome alcohol-free drink offered to start with was incredible at the price no extras only 7.50 preview, the natives seem not found this out, and if they do, they can see rosmarino more full than it was for my visit. my regular midday place was solved. I hardly have to add that the quality of the food was 5 stars and the owner (from rom, as it turned out) was as attentive as the young native jannick. no trip advisor in the window that will soon be sorted.

Not too far from the centre I came across Rosmarino I had eaten there before in the evening, but to find a good choice small...lunch menu for Euros was almost compelling to try it. Staff were very welcoming and service was almost impeccable and a starter, a main course plus a welcome alcohol free drink offered to start with was unbelievable at the price no extras just Beware, the locals seem not to have found this out and when they do, you may be seeing Rosmarino more full than it was for my visit. My regular lunch spot has been solved. I need hardly add that the quality of the food was star and the owner from Rome as it turned out was just as attentive as young local guy Jannick. No Trip Advisor in the window that will soon be sorted

Durch einen Geschenkgutschein auf das Restaurant aufmerksam geworden, haben wir diesen am heutigen Abend eingelöst. Tisch reserviert, wobei dies nicht nötig war (nicht komplett voll), halbwegs freundlicher Empfang. Die Speißekarten kamen nach einer Weile. Danach ging es los. Für eine kalte Vorspeiße (Antipasti) eine Stunde gewartet. An den Nachbartischen, die erst später eintrafen, gab es zumindest Kräuterbutter und Brötchen vorab. Als die Speißen dann kamen, waren diese von guter Qualität auch wenn nicht herausragend. Die Lasagne war sehr lecker, die überbackenen Canneloni ebenfalls. Ein Nudelgericht mit Fisch war auch auf den Punkt gebraten und zubereitet. Die Antipasti ebenfalls lecker. Die Portionsgröße auch angemessen. Allerdings die Wartezeit und das Handling mehr als fragwürdig. Auf die Wartezeit angesprochen hieß es, es wäre viel zu tun. Antipasti aus einem Topf auf einen Teller sollte allerdings kein so großer Akt sein. In unserer Wartezeit wurde am Nachbartisch ein Gast mit Bier übergossen, liegt wohl eher an der Qualität der Mitarbeiter. Trotzdem, das Ambiente passt, die Speißen sind gut. Das Personal verbesserungswürdig.
