Drakes Sonoma Coast - BODEGA BAY

Delicious California seasonal food. The vegetables were fresh, and the options weren't too heavy. Make reservations because it easily fills up.

This restaurant is worth the drive if not staying at the Lodge. The dning room has beautiful views across the marsh and Pacific ocean. The pork chop with peach butter was one of the best I've ever had, and the Trumpet Mushroom bread pudding (never even heard of that before) was simply amazing. The service was excellent, I highly recommend Drakes.

If I could give the whole experience 10 stars, I would. The views were spectacular. Our waiter was attentive but not crowding. The starters, dinner dessert knocked our socks off. Well worth visiting again and again

Impeccable service, brimming with genuine interest and care in one's full dining experience, along with chef's consistently fanTastic meals, ambiance and entirely breathtaking views all make for a memorable treat worthy of any celebration or just an expression of love. Our anniversary celebration week was highlighted by dinner at Drakes three evenings in a row. We'll miss it!

View over the bay lovely, the entrees (we tried the pan seared black cod and the pork chop) quite impressive, and then completely wowed by the deconstructed sweet potato pie dessert
