We visited a high time. the event (limited to the high time) was super beautiful, outsight were beautiful and picturesque. our waiter efkan was unbelievable at the high-time event! he ensured that we were well looked after, did his best to ask our (we were a table of 13 people) and he really made sure that we enjoyed our night at the high time!.

Wonderful beach, pool and restaurants but that's pretty much where the positives end. We arrived for a two night stay to find the room meant for my mom with twin beds when it should have had a king per our booking. The staff tried to explain their way around it but eventually made it right with a new room for her. The new room did not have functional air conditioning and subsequently, my mom did not sleep. We alerted the front desk and were told it would be resolved it wasn't. At check out we were offered absolutely nothing for our trouble until we pushed for it. Ultimately, we were offered what amounted to ~1.5% off our hotel bill in an effort to make it right. The manager seemed to think this would satisfy us, clearly not understanding that it amounted to effectively a drop in the ocean.

For 150 Euros per person for a day pass, the experience was far from anticipated. The pool was amazing but poolside/bar/restaurant service (more like the lack thereof) was deplorable. Not once did someone from the hotel come over to us and ask if we wanted or needed anything. Additionally, the language barrier was a huge issue when trying to order cocktails/food. I would not recommend this place to anyone in the future. The hotel as a whole is nice but the lack of any service makes us feel as if we got robbed! Thank goodness we were not staying at this hotel longer than a few hours. Very dissatisfied!!!

Although the hotel itself and view is beautiful, this hotel is a vibe killer. The location is way out of reach from any of the surrounding towns. It is an absolute ghost town, I think that there were maybe 20 other guests staying there and due to this, the service was lacking at the restaurants and especially the pool/beach bars. I had to chase someone down for a drink to order at the pool bar, half of the cocktails I wanted were not available as they had no stock. The cocktail I did order was made poorly and tasted like straight orange juice. Probably the worst cocktails I’ve ever had. The mosquitos are vicious, we couldn’t even head out to the balcony as we were attacked to the point that we couldn’t sleep all night from the itching and pain. When we complaint to reception, we were given fly spray. There should be mosquito coils out on every balcony as I’m sure that they are aware of this problem. While the food at the breakfast buffet looked beautiful, as there were no guests to eat it, it was cold due to slow turnover rate. Furthermore, on our last night stay there was a wedding being set up on the pool terrace and consequently the banging and noise kept my family up all night. We addressed it with the reception many times and nothing was done about it. Overall, I do not recommend. For the price point it feels like a retirement village. No music, no life. It feels eery and not like a holiday spot. Won’t be back.

Came in a day pass to use the pool. 150 Euros per person entrance fee. Pool is gorgeous, and we were greeted at the pool with towels, cold cloths. , and bottled water. That’s where the excellence stopped. The pool restaurant is poorly staffed and barely functional. No pool service, although we were told several times there was. The resort was empty, so we had the huge pool and sun deck pretty much to ourselves.Ordered lunch from the pool bar. Food was subpar. Grilled chicken was just meat. No flavor. No spice or sauce. White rice. We’re attacked by bees and staff did little to help us until we asked for help. Moved us inside which was a table in an empty hallway with no lights, A/C and no other customers. Surreal. We definitely overpaid for entrance. Would not recommend this property at all. I certainly would not stay here.
