Mague's Cafe - Boerne

Im giving this place 3 stars..not because of the food. The food is decent, but the staff. I have been there several times, sit down and to go. They really seem rude to white people. Like....its some of the worst service I've ever had. They just act like they dont want to be there.....and were hindering their time. I really enjoy the tacos, and the main guy, manager? Seems to be really nice. But every server is just rude. Ill stick with Reena across the street.....then palapas ehen they open. At least act like you want my business people. I tip 20-25% on every order..even to go. Act like it.

Been visited Mague's Cafe periodically for about a year now. Still haven't had a bad meal or met a rude staff member. It really is a great little Mom Pop restaurant which specializes in tasty Mexican food!

Very good food, great service and nice atmosphere. I've been there on 3 occasions for breakfast. I'd like to try lunch soon. Breakfast is definitely a go to there.

I have traveled all over this country and state, lived in Houston most my life, spend a lot of time in San Antonio and Austin, but the menudo here is by far the best I have ever had. Definitely a spot to return to for sure!

I found the food, somewhat bland, and not a very great vibe. Was highly recommended, but I guess I just don?t see it. I know a lot of other better, Mexican restaurants than this one. Maybe it was just a off day?
