Casa Vieja Restaurantes - Bogotá

Eating was great, service attentive and beautiful environment. we ate two standings and both were excellent. bandeja paisa was a tasty bite. Skill of chopped bark, chorizo, bean, rice, plantain and a roasted egg above. I loved everything about the place. make sure they taste fresh juices in Colombia.

This place has changed definitiw. this restaurant was so much better. as soon as they move to their new location, it became another restaurant. definitiw will not go back there.

Because twice at my last local visit the first time was just terrible, as the employee forgot about our eating and then it was too late because the kitchen was close! ... well. I went back there to lunch, and this time. the restaurant was pretty nice and the service was very good (although we complained). eating was good, but not great. I had grilled fish that were good. the starters were in the did very good and the desert (profiterolis) in the resume I have to say it is a nice option for bogota, not the best eat, but a visit to definitely worth. external seats are recommended. but avoid late night meal!!!

We returned to one of the older casa viejas in the usaquen region in the north of bogota. usaquen has a wonderful market at the weekend and is one of the most popular touristic towards the city. casa vieja has become expensive in recent years, and the service is so-so. but eating is quite good and has a complete selection of typical dishes of Colombia. it is very popular so they get early to lunch at the weekends.
