Red Angus Steak & Beer House - Bogotá

Damian (Server and Manager) and I arranged everything from WhatsApp for a 20-person dinner. He is friendly, accommodating and an excellent English speaker. Atmosphere is casual and funny. Order the Tomahawk Steak and Yucca. Delicious! The restaurant is a 6-minute walk from Hilton Corferias. I'd come here every time I'm in Bogota.

Perfectly terrible!!! You don't speak English. They don’t even understand “made good”, so that the meat comes very ****. You have to send it back. Also you use every translator to communicate from your phone, but still they... see your face understand nothing. I don't suggest anyone go there. There are many alternative restaurants that you can try.

Booked by a travel agency into a hotel across the street on a layover in Bogota. The hotel restaurant looked uninviting as so went out and spotted the Angus across the street. On my own, so sat at the bar. The barman was very friendly...and chatted between mixing cocktails. (His English was very colloquial, but he told me most of the staff didn 't speak English. Tried a very OK Bogota Beer Company (BBC draft beer and then went for a steak. A gentle attempt to get me to upgrade to imported beef, but I stuck with local meat. The steak was fine and came with a choice of sides. It was Friday night and the place was lively with lots of groups. I was due to be collected from my hotel at 4am to go to the airport. The barman said: That 's when we close. Stay with us and take your taxi from here. :-p

Wanted some late night food and drinks. Short walk from our hotel..felt safe walking in this area. Had some steak bites and pork belly, both of which were very good. Also had chicken wings. You get a lot of wings which is awesome but I...wish there were other flavours besides bbq available. First time trying Colombian beer...the waitress brought over samples to try of the different kinds they had on tap. I enjoyed Cajica. Courteous friendly service, nice and casual.

Fui a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi novio con mi perro la atencion fue muy buena, rica comida, buena atencion, me gustaria hubiersen arreglado mejor la mesa para el cumpleaños, sin embargo no estuvo mal.
