Not a place you really want to eat at, the asian lady is very rude and treats the employee like a slave.

Went back after 2 bad experiences to give them a try. The bagels tasted like they were from yesterday and the flavored cream cheese was on the dry side almost brittle telling me how old it was. The bagels were cut in a way that they fell apart becausethe halves didn't line up. They usually don't have heros and me and my son have a tradition of splitting a hungry man like myfather did with me back when super hero was open and having it on a roll which is just a egg sandwich overstuffed and basicallyjust a mess the same price and not satisfying. I'm sorry to give the review I just needed to be honest because this was my lastattempt. I wouldnt give them 1 star because it was edible just not enjoyable.

It would be better for staff to avoid wearing gloves entirely and simply wash their hands between tasks. However, if gloves are being used, they absolutely need to be changed after each customer. It's not sanitary to handle money and touch other surfaces with the same gloves, and then serve the next customer with them. I even saw the staff preparing a dozen bagels for the customer after me using the same gloves that had just handled cash. This practice needs to be improved for everyone's health and safety.

The bagels here are outstanding, and the service is both quick and friendly. They offer a fantastic selection, including vibrant rainbow-colored options. The only downside was that they didn’t offer to toast our bagels or warm them up; we received them cold, which felt a bit strange, especially with the scallion cream cheese. There’s no seating available, so it's best to just go inside and grab your order to go.
