Bruster's Ice Cream - BOILING SPRINGS

I finally got a Twix blast from here. Very good. I feel like this one is way better than Sonic tbh. Staff was very friendly when placing your order. It was very fast service as well. Never had a bad experience at this location.

This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. I traveled from New Jersey with my family, expecting to have a great time. However, our experience took a turn for the worse when the supposed store manager, MADISON, was very rude and disrespectful. She flipped us off, slammed the window multiple times, all in front of my family, children, and other families with children nearby. This behavior was disgusting and completely inappropriate for a family establishment. What was supposed to be a enjoyable family outing turned into a disturbing event that should not be tolerated. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Their ice cream is really good!!! Enjoy coming here for a treat!

One thing that I love about Bruster’s is all of the alternative ice cream options. They have oat milk, sugar free, and sherbet, which is wonderful! Most ice cream places do not have such a wide range of options. Also, their portion sizes never disappoint!

I used to love Bruesters when we first moved here a little over 1 1/2 yrs ago. But now, you pay more for a lot less ice cream. Very disappointing! The ice cream is still very good, but getting where it’s not even worth it anymore.
