Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I happen to be through south carolina when I visited this place in boiling sources. I love popeyes and their food, but this particular place is always out of the product. at this opportunity they are beautiful soda machine in the lobby was out of almost every soda except that everything else was great. excellent customer service and eating was as good as ever.

Had an online order and stood in the online order line for over 7mins and no body told me something. They were too worried about the one customer. the order would be ready up to 702. at 703 they just made it. I understand being hot and fresh, but a former frissst driver, the meal is usually ready before it says. then they were from the side that they did not know what they did. my whan was done, but I was just sitting on the counter waiting for the side and crying to go with it. two people worked on the same order without communication. 8 people in the situation with a manager and the manager looked like the only one who knew what was going on. it cooks everything on training, development and management.

Great customer service! the manager of the layer worked harmoniously with positive reinforcement of his team members! we had a very large family order during dinner, it was exactly, and was ready when I arrived! excellent ad of teamwork!

I ordered a popcorn shrimp combo with unsweetened tea? When I got home there were chicken nuggets in the bag and the tea was sweetened.However they did provide me a cocktail sauce and tartar sauce. I called to complain. There's no one to answer the phone. Poor service!!!

Young lady behind the counter was very efficient. Food is always good at Popeyes. The only thing that I do not like is they took away corn on the cob
