Willy Taco - BOILING SPRINGS

The restaurant offers some excellent vegan choices. I tried the Cauliflower Power taco and the Crispy Avocado taco. I requested no crema, but it was still added. However, the server quickly offered to fix it. It's important to note that cheese is automatically added to the beans and rice, so be sure to specify if you don't want it. The flavors were delicious overall. Just be aware that this review is for the Boiling Springs location, not the one at 980 E Main St in Spartanburg.

There aren't many dining choices in the Spartanburg area unless you venture out to Asheville or Greenville. However, Willy Taco has risen to the top of the list in the county, especially with their new addition of afterlife meat on the menu. The cauliflower and avocado tacos are tasty (just ask for no crema), the chicken breasts are excellent (again, without crema), and the Patagonia with Beyond meat is outstanding!

The two vegan tacos are fantastic. The restaurant also offers a few vegetarian appetizers, and the margaritas are delicious.

If you're looking for dining options in the Spartanburg area, your best bet is to head to Asheville or Greenville. However, Willy Taco has recently become a standout choice in the county, thanks to the addition of Beyond Meat to their menu. The cauliflower and avocado tacos, sans crema, are particularly tasty, as are the brussels (also without crema). The patagonia with Beyond Meat is exceptional and definitely worth a try.
