Blue Sky Bagels - Boise

Any chance we get to go to Blue Sky we do! Best bagles in town even Idaho! Love all the selections they give you for no extra cost!We went again today February 2nd and I will have to say things have changed and gone downhill. I literally have come here since I was 4 years old even to the one that started in Meridian. Today I ordered my bagel as usual and asked for the ingredients and the girl pretty much forgot all of them and spread the cream cheese across so thin he could hardly tell it was there I think after this experience I won't be going back to this location. We went last month and the same thing happened as well they forgot all the ingredients and I don't know how it was hard to forget them when we were the only people in line except for one other person. So that was just really disappointing

I always get the egg and cheese on a parmesan bagel with jalapeno smear. It is always so good! The staff is always great. The lines move really fast. A great local joint to support!

I usually go to the location on Eagle Rd., but this morning went to the one on Chinden. When I ordered, nobody else was in there, yet, with 5 employees there, it took too long to get my order and it was wrong. Very disappointed.

This is one of my favorite places to go, but lately, service has been less than great. My items always have things missing or made incorrectly (like cream cheese and veggies missing from my sandwich or meat being heated up when I asked for a cold sandwich), and it's a bummer. Especially when you have to go back to the store from home because it is made wrong. The people behind the counter are always busy talking to each other, and one of the girls likes to get snippy when you try to correct her on something. I love that I can get real bagels here, but the service and attitudes really need work.

I love blue sky bagels but everytime I go to this location they shut the toaster off way before closing and most of their menu requires the toaster
