Saint Lawrence Gridiron - Boise

The name may be unusual, but the food is fantastic. My brisket sandwich and succotash were almost too much to handle! The brisket was genuinely smoked, reminding me of what you would find in an unassuming restaurant in a small Texas town. They added some thoughtful toppings to the sandwich to appeal to the creative crowd in this trendy area, but don’t let that intimidate you. The staff was polite and attentive, so definitely stop by and treat yourself to some delicious meat!

What a devil! that's a bit of the south here in boise. genuine smoked meat from a "stick burner" smoker the real offer! we read about this place and had to try. we traveled far through the US sampling all kinds of “Q” and that was right there with the best. I had garnel and grummed and my wife had the Brisket tactics. as it was her birthday, we celebrated with 2 **** Mary’s with brisket! the personal was fantastic and very efficient. this will be on our list for several return visits.

Great food and fantastic service! our server was courtney and she was wonderful. we had a big group and were very good, also with several other tables that made them take care of them. we would definitely recommend the restaurant! I had the smoked salmon benedikt it was great, but I would have wanted a bit more laughs, but I love smoked salmon so, I loved the light acetic acid on the green that was a wonderful contrast to the sauce. all seemed to enjoy their food and the atmosphere was very friendly!

Best brisket sandwich I've ever had! My father-in-law love the burger! Fries were amazing also!! Old fashions were on point! Service was GREAT!
