Stella's Ice Cream - Boise

Ice cream aficionados, you can't miss Stella's. So good, and so many good vehicles for ice cream! I've always been a waffle cone girlie but the chocolate chip cookie bowl and the brownies are so so good.

We used Stella's to cater our wedding dessert, and if you're thinking of the same thing, DO IT! It was such a crowd-pleaser! Our wedding was June 30th, so it was hot, and everyone was so stoked to get ice cream! We hired out the blue cart, which gave us 7 different flavors to choose from. One small issue: there was only one server and we were expecting two. As a result, the line was long the whole time. But it was totally worth it still! Especially with their vegan flavors, which are undeniably delicious. They had all the flavors to satisfy everyone's dietary restrictions, and all were delicious. I'm a fan.
