Toasted - Boise

Cute place. Shares the same space as Guru Donuts in the Idanha Hotel in downtown Boise. The prices are high but fair for the trendy food. The toast is thick and bountiful so you feel you are getting your money's worth.

I cannot say enough good things about Toasted! The food was amazing, you could tell there was passion and art behind the dishes. There's real thought put into the textures, flavors, and ingredients playing together to create an awesome complex but very pleasing experience for your tastebuds. This is all supplemented by the genuine kindness brought by Brad. The atmosphere he brings to the table with Toasted is palpable! I would HIGHLY recommend this place!

Toasted is by far Boise’s best toast and vegan experience! The chef paid very close attention to detail and put a lot of passion and love into the dishes! The ingredients are always high quality and very fresh. The Mushroom Road Trip was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten- absolutely sensational!! If I could, I would eat there every day

Tasty, light and fresh snack. Real sourdough! Organic wines. Will go back.

Umami! If you don’t know what that is it’s the perfect pop for your taste buds. Brad is absolutely fantastic and amazing at creating an art piece for your palette. Don’t worry about the words vegan or gluten free or toasted. It’s a masterpiece you will get addicted and make sure you try them all even if you don’t like something in it. The combination is what makes it spectacular. Take your time eating and enjoy all the flavors. It’s not a fast sub to devour it’s a delicious treat for yourself. I’d love to eat here all day everyday! Also a great stress reliever enjoying something amazing and not a bad price for a unique and rare find! A BOISE Must try!
