My search for the ever-comprehensible Boston Market Prime Rib was not in vain this time. When I first tried, they told me they ran out. For the second time I was told that they had only 2 left (I wanted three), but they saw them with a whole roast behind the counter. Did they save it themselves? I used to call two locations for pick-up orders today and was told that their policy after 5 o'clock has to be bought in the shop as the main rib was a "in demand" article. Anyway, came about 30 minutes ago 5 and was greeted by Dorrie, the server and told her that I needed to go three main ribs, and was ready to wait until 5PM. Dorrie was the most accommodating, focused and hospitable staff I've ever found at this point, even though she had to serve several customers. Ten minutes to five, I told her what I wanted for pages, and she grabbed them together with the maize bread and the horseradish who were already in a bag she had prepared in advance. At 5:00 the ribs were finished and I was out there. Boston Market Redisserie Prime Rib at $16.99 with two sides, corn bread and horseradish, is pretty good and can easily beat the by upscale steakhouses. You also have a choice of pink or brown. However, it is inappropriate not to cover demand. Boston Market should review its policy of availability.
They drove through was only open because of the low staff, what the sign said at the front door.
