Feedback gevenThis restaurant experience was incredibly inefficient. The drive-thru has been eliminated, and now orders for all three connected restaurants are taken from a single counter. However, when I arrived, the counter was unattended and there was nobody in sight to help. Despite there being three employees ready to serve me, they were unable to assist due to a corporate decision to consolidate services. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I ordered two bottles of water, but instead, I was charged for them and given two cups of ice water because the restaurant was out of bottled water. I am requesting a refund for this error. Apart from this issue, this restaurant is one of my favorites for ice cream. They also offer chess games for entertainment. My top flavor choices are blackberry lemon and blueberry, both delicious. I also enjoy the sea salt chocolate and peanut butter chocolate flavors. Additionally, they offer ice cream birthday cakes and are one of the few places that make an excellent Black Forest ice cream cake. I love that this restaurant is conveniently located near me.
The workers here were really fast and I got my order quickly.
What is happening with this location? It seriously took 10 mins to get 1 vanilla shake and 1 chocolate shake. And this isn’t the first time. It should not take that long. And looking in from the drive thru window, I kinda question eating here to begin with. Puddles of milk on the counters and just in general disarray. These kids need some serious training or maybe some management. You can do better Oberweis. You should have a little more pride in your brand.
