Feedback gevenWe stopped here after an exhausting flight to make a birthday party. our reservation was at 830, this location closes by 10. this is the worst culinary experience I've ever had. my two-year-old daughter got her booster seat 15 minutes after her eating. had to ask ashley three times.) the brand red lobsters has set off in the run of the years definitiw, but I didn't know in this measure. ashley came only with a water, although we both ordered alcoholic drinks. both of our drinks lubricated like sweet and sour mix, with little to no alcohol in the drink. She came with old and burnt cookies and when I was crying that were not burned, she asked well that I had to check. we will close soon. that's at 8:45. I thought they closed at 10. she took our order forever and sat near the kitchen on her phone. I then ordered one last, they had no crab legs. ok I don't understand any problem after taking our orders 15 minutes later, they come out without cookies and let me know as soon they close the salads and I will have to choose something else because they don't get out like it to take out again. at this point I ask her to cancel my order and bring it to me. this made the “manager” joe he is incapable and deserves my opinion after no job.) I ask him for his card and he let me know that he ran out, then I asked him for company number. he told me google it. that was absolutely terrible. they didn't even recognize my birthday that was the only reason I decided to dive out. that was unacceptable to me. a customer should not suffer from a bad culinary experience, because employees want to go home early. Awful! When we arrived, host said we aren't honoring open table reservations so sorry! Unbelievable!
The food was subpar, broccoli tasted old as of it had been sitting on a shelf for weeks or months. Biscuits were over cooked not very flavorful. Staff seemed to pass the hand sanitizer continuously without using it. One employee was coughing all over everything and mask was soiled, continued to fall off her face. I would never return to this location again. Disgusting
Your open table did not work at this restaurant. Open table should coordinate with restaurants especially during the Covid 19 pandemic whether its still accepted. In this restaurant, Open table was not accepted. Good I called the restaurant before going there.
