Starbucks - Bolingbrook

The drinks at this location have definitely declined in quality! It used to have a great vibe, but now the beverages aren't being made properly. I asked a barista how many espresso shots should go into a venti white chocolate mocha, and she said "2"! Any true Starbucks fan knows it should be 3! Because of this, I have switched to a different location due to the consistently watered-down drinks. Food: 1, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 1.

To make matters worse, one of the employees shot me a dirty look because I chose not to tip, and on top of that, my order was incorrect. They even tried to make me doubt myself, despite having the receipt right in my hand. I ended up just walking out—it was an utter waste of time and money. I strongly advise against visiting this location. Additionally, the parking situation is terrible, and the drive-thru is inconveniently located. It took 17 min for them to fulfill my 2 drink order. I watched two baristas hustle and the other two worked terribly slow paced and looked utterly unhappy.
