Feedback gevenI frequently visit Starbucks, especially the drive-thru. I want to give a shout-out to Jen, who works there. She's incredibly outgoing, always wearing a smile and being so friendly. I even called to inform the manager on duty about how wonderful she is. I had been having a rough morning, but Jen brightened my day and made my order just perfect. It might sound odd, but it’s the truth! Food: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Atmosphere: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The store is overpriced. They want nearly $4 for just a grande coffee, which is absurd! The staff is also completely unfriendly. I definitely won't be returning to this place! Service: 1/5

The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was equally impressive, also rated 5/5, with friendly staff who made the ordering process smooth and efficient. The atmosphere, though I had my meal at home, felt inviting and warm, which contributed to the overall experience. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a tasty breakfast at a great price!

I had quite an unfortunate experience recently. I placed an order through their app, and when I arrived to pick it up at 8:15, the order was already ready. However, when I drove up to the pickup window, no one responded to me. I decided to walk up to the window, where I saw a girl vacuuming. When I knocked on the window, she just shook her head to say no. I tried calling on the phone and even knocked on the front door, but there were three staff members inside who just looked at me and laughed. It felt like they were intentionally trying to close early without telling me. They never answered the door or the phone, even though their posted closing time is 9 PM. I found their behavior extremely rude; at the very least, they could have said they were closed. Instead, they just kept laughing! When I contacted customer service, they could only offer me a refund, which was disappointing.
