Kfc - Bolivar

We visited the drive-thru, but the signs were missing, so we decided to go inside to place our order. Unfortunately, the staff member was quite rude. She informed us that the lobby was closed and that we had to use the drive-thru. When we mentioned the lack of signage, she simply replied, "Oh." We won't be returning.

I absolutely love KFC! Their fries are amazing! They taste even better when you add cheese to them!

I really enjoy KFC, but I have had a terrible experience at this particular location. Each time I've visited, I've left feeling frustrated and still hungry. The majority of the staff are unhelpful and seem to rush you through the order process without paying attention, and my order is never correct. Just last week, I picked up a family meal from KFC since we were all craving it, and unfortunately, some of the food was still raw.

They never have anything I want and the employees are rude and always on phone. On my lunch break I wanted to eat inside and they told me that I couldn 't order from inside the restraunt and told me I had to go through the drive-through to order. Wentto Subway instead. 1 STAR!

Very bad service. I entered the restaurant to order food, but the workers were playing and busy on their phones, and no one came to take my order, but they replied that they were busy on Facebook
