Taco Bell - Bolivar

It was very busy inside and in the drive thru, but staff still met customers with kindness. My food was still made with care. The staff was working as efficiently as they could to get orders completed during the busy lunch time rush.

The service was a little testing, but not too bad. The food was special orders and everything was right and yummy. Restaurant was clean and friendly.

I try to avoid leaving reviews, but this place has gone completely downhill. I waited 20 minutes for my food (along with many other customers, including a doordasher who gets in trouble if he is late) and what I saw in the store was even worse. I saw one employee on their phone in the middle of the restaurant doing nothing, I saw one employee not wearing gloves while working, and another employee wringing out their apron as they were working without changing gloves or washing their hands. Bust location, but staff is good at keeping up with the pace. The food is together and is edible and not just thrown in a bag. Not a bad Taco Bell if you don't go when they are slammed cause no one likes waiting.

Lost items because can't order with app because paying with cash app is useless
