La Montanarina Bistro - BOLOGNA

Great place to stop in for aperitivo. We were able to snag a table inside for a quick glass of wine and ordered some taglieri that were really delicious. Great service and cozy atmosphere.

My wife and I were positively surprised by the restaurant la montanara and wanted to try this spin-off. When the owners saw we had a 1-year old child it was like the prefer not having us inside. Nevertheless, we asked for a place inside due to coming rain. Once the spritz arrived we asked for something to eat like taralli while drinking (something normal in Italy). The answer was there was nothing even if near us and on the bar there were taralli. So if you prefer us to go away better to say it directly. Also, when the time arrived to pay the bill the waitress prefered ignoring my wife and taking care of the following customer... going outside we said nicely goodbye and the owner just ignored us. Very desapointed. This is the first time I am letting a rating on tripadvisor. Next time I will not hesitate to rate the good places we have in Bologna. Mi dispiace il posto è molto carino ma la gente è stata veramente scorretta e se la tirano... il principio del servizio fatto bene non c'è.

Cool place for a meal or just drinks, especially in the evening when sitting out on the pavement watching the world go by. They were open for dinner service earlier than most of the other establishments on the same street which is appreciated if you're an early eater. It’s certainly a cool vehicle and people-watching spot!
