Trattoria Paradisino - BOLOGNA

Excellent meal, great service and good wine. Whats not to like? The only criticism I have is that it was so good I ate too much!

We went there on the 26th of December (S. Stefano , about 15 adults and 10 kids. Kids served first and quickly as it should be. Appetiser with various kind of bites from the region (ham, cheese, bruschetta, .. and sparkling wine. Very good first dish with 2 kind of pasta (lasagne and tortelloni . A bit small. Grilled meat for second disk, large quantity, good variety (pork, lamb coming in many cuts with grilled vegetables. Cooked perfectly. I liked particularly the lamb rack. Very good dessert: crema di mascarpone. Coffee and grappa/limoncello. 30 euros per adult. I surely recommend it.

The minute you walk in you know its a local joint. Only Bolognese and only Bolognese dishes. Here you will find some not so common flavours like the linguine prosciutto e limone, ravioli di zucca and deep-fried frogs. Its has a friendly atmosphere and great for families and large groups of friends. Not to worry, there are also couples in sight.

Si mangia molto bene, il personale è gentile e esperto. molto accogliente e caldo. risultato di una gestione di così tanti anni . ma in realtà chi non lo conosce?
