The restaurant „Zur Seebrücke“ is in the eye, it is located in a white round building with a blue-grey roof that recalls sugar bakery style. In the outdoor area there are two terraces: an open sky, a covered, with wind protection on all sides and heating mushrooms, which should also attract guests on the terrace on cool summer evenings. Actually, I'm not a friend to heat mushrooms because of energy waste, but... It also pulls us to the terrace – we find on the comfortable basket chairs with warming seat cushions, heating mushroom in the back, flower cup to the side, opposite the spa park; so it can be stopped. Two menus in the small format DIN A 5 are on the table so that we can get deeper into it. 6 fish dishes, 5 meat dishes, a few additional daily meals, dishes for small hunger, soups, desserts, ice cream and numerous drinks are offered. My menu inside has some cracks in the plastic lid, the individual sides are stuck in transparent sleeves. Somehow, the menu is better suited for a snack than for the most demanding building with ambience. The two services are friendly and fleeting. The beers we ordered are served and the food is not long enough to wait. We have ordered both fried pork medallion (3 pieces) from the end of the pig with cream ampignons and potato roaster at €13.90. We are not as happy as we are, the roasted eggs that taste us like heated frozen products and also look like that, but a bit more garish and the meat a little tenderer. Above our knives are so blunt that the meat can only be torn and not cut. Very angry! The sauce tastes good, but the mushrooms in it are not fresh as we notice visually and tastefully. Too bad, but in this restaurant the saying “more appearance than being”. Despite the nice and fleeting service, there are no more than 3 stars in it, because the food was too average.
During our trip to the great lake the sun actually came out. the bathroom bag not included. so the short return to Boltenhagen to the beautiful beach and pure to the big bath that I had for me was announced. refreshing: swimming is hungry. so we will later touch the “sea bridge”. the interesting round construction with small dome on the dach sticht positiw into the eye. for us one of the most beautiful gastronomy houses in dornhagen. in front of the house there are beautiful protected exterior seats, uniform red garlands at the windows giving a very well maintained image. . we have observed since our arrival: the average age we can really raise here. the restaurant is always well visited. we enter without reservation, ca. 19.45 clock the restaurant and are welcomed very friendly. a table, beautifully covered on the window, is and assigned and the cards are handed over with beautiful diners and drinks selection. during our entire East Sea holiday we were almost surprised by the very good wine offer and fair travel. at the experienced dame in the service we order: 1 bottle of mineral water, 0.75 l, € 6.00 1 bottle of greyburgundy 0.75 l (with good filling, dry € 18.50. here the service lady wants record 2 glasses already and is slightly irritated, we order a bottle (we come from the close, we carry that, we are too foot . well cooled, weep and water in the cooler. the wee, not described in detail in the map, is by weingut Scott. much closer to our house is not possible. the weeping schod is not necessarily our domestic favorit, but here the wee (ostseereben are less common here. fresh ingredients with raw costraspeln. very good, spicy sharp dressing. asian graceful. probably not homemade, but something quite different. he tasted us very well. the most important foods: for my man: pink roasted tuna fillet, tagliatelle, tomato sauce € 12,90 for me: roasted fish fillet (seelachs, penne € 12,40 after a short waiting period also our main dishes are served. beautiful, preheated teller. the tagliatelle, bissfest, with well seasoned tomato sauce. on the tuna fillet, really still pink, so it must be at least. some pesto, lemon columns, fresh dill and petersilie decorated on the top edge. the part in the deep pasta plate well dimensioned and for the price absolutely ok. thunfischfilet with tagliatelle my penne also beautiful al dente with a light, probably ricotta tomatensauce. the roasted fish well seasoned and perfectly glazed with light brown fried. 2 large piece sea salmon fillet. seelachs is not my favorite. but here he convinced of the good preparation. crisp outside, in the inner juicy. between asking if everything tastes. Yeah, we're really happy. the sea bridge emptied in a clear view from shortly after 20.30 clock we were the only guests in the cozy restaurant. that with the cuddlyness had made a jerk. the service staff began to rediscover the tables, chairs back. that still happened. the friendly service lady reams our fury and we order our dessert . for me the regional fruit: homosexual sea dorn spirits € 3,20 very good. for my man rostocker caraway brand € 2,40. we are sitting right next to the counter, now a shopping cart full of flats drives up. a young man from the service equips the cooler drawers and clears the dishwasher. it's 20.45 o'clock. my man asks a young service worker when the restaurant closes. Answer: “Around 9 o’clock, but they can still drown.” hoppla, this sits out and we are really amazed. the older service worker apologizes when he gets. she also noticed that we were no longer comfortable. the instructions of the cook. as we personally told the cook that the really successful evening for us was no longer beautiful through the loud room and the hectic. I'll give everyone his food. a day in service is hard. but it is certainly a little quieter and quieter when there are still guests. many restaurants seem to close at least in the next season against 21.00 clock in bolenhagen. You need to know that. my number of points for the service is reduced only by the last quarter of an hour, and these points go to the head of the sea bridge. we would visit the sea bridge at any time. then maybe for lunch, drink coffee or dinner early in the evening. we are able to learn.
Very friendly, very fast, very tasty, very quiet. And you can bring the dog.
I can't share the positive reviews. A three-quarter hour before the restaurant was closed, guests were sent away again. In the middle of the meal, the music went out, it was cleansed around us, the dishwasher ran loud and no trace of coziness anymore. Unfortunately, our feedback on food was not very customer-friendly. The fish fillet was unfortunately all quite fat and pulled through by crats. The food was disappointing, the wine tasty, the service was not satisfactory.
