Burger King - Bolton

I did not ask for hash browns, but received them anyway. When I requested them to be cooked well-done, they were only placed in the microwave for a few seconds. They were not even hot and definitely not crispy.

This is the worst location I have ever visited! I had a free coupon for a meal that was set to expire at the end of December. However, this location refused to accept the coupon, claiming that it was not part of the Redberry chain.

I love Whopper hamburgers! They're good with cheese too!

I was not satisfied with the cleanliness and food safety hygiene at this restaurant. The person preparing my food had a large beard and was not wearing a beard net, which is a standard food safety practice. Despite being the only customer in the store at the time, with only one staff member on break and three others standing around, there was visible debris on the counter and floor in the seating area. I believe this lack of concern for cleanliness reflects a common issue in the food service industry.

Went here a few times for lunch while working order a big king combo with fries and a drink both times I was very impressed and happy with how great the food tasted and staff were polite not to many chains these days keep up with high standards. I can tell this location is excellently managed and staff is in point keep up the great work ? ? ?
