Got a build a burger Angus bit swallowed looked down and it was raw no offer of refund I was the second person to get a raw burger

This is my go to coffee stop on my way to work or for take out on the weekend with my wife. NEW OWNERSHIP has updated the order process and they are working on service. Keep up the good work

It's mcdonalds like any other - consistent and cheap. They move a lot of product so I would guess it is freshly (unfrozen) but that means the place has a lot of customers and isn't always the cleanest. Go early before the lunch crowd to get a reasonably clean seat.

McDonald's has changed its look and with the new self-serve kiosks, it continues to provide good food at good value. When the urge hits, and you have to have some McDs, go for it.

This place has lost the plot. FAST Food, remember? We ordered two coffees and one muffin and it took 15 minutes for the hopeless serving staff to call our number. In the past, the staff that took your order would get it. Not the staff member that takes the order (only one on duty at mid day) rings it up and hands you a number. A very disorganized crew then fumbles around and eventually gets to your simple order that used to take a minute. There were 12 people waiting for their orders. This never happened in the past.This new ordering system being introduced by this chain is forcing people through the drive thru or to other restaurants. Obviously the head office guys who set the policy never actually see it implemented. Definitely a change for the worse. They are saving money by not having any staff but losing customers in the process.Not sorth the wait for a simple coffee!
